Skylink Holdings has raised $7.02 million in gross proceeds from placing out new shares at 27 cents each, following an earlier raise of $9.2 million when it listed via an RTO last year.

Investors in the current round include ICH Synergrowth Fund and Lion Global Investors, as well as other "ultra-high-net-worth" investors whom Skylink did not name.

The company plans to use proceeds from the placement, which was managed by SAC Capital, to expand its fleet of electric commercial vehicles and its loan book.

Skylink shares closed at 30 cents on Feb 11, down 3.28%.
