Global Resource Construction Limited’s (SGX:SN3) subsidiary, GRC Buxton, has been awarded a building works contract valued approximately A$67 million ($61.2 million) by Bazen Pty Ltd.

The contract involves the design and construction of 115 apartments, together with an extensive landscaped common podium.

The project is located in Forest Hill, Victoria, Australia and the construction period is 20 months and is targeted to commence in the second quarter of 2026.

The company states that this contract is expected to contribute positively to its net tangible assets and earnings per share for the financial year ending December 31, 2026.

Shares in Global Resource Construction Limited closed 0.2 cents lower or 1.85% down at 10.6 cents on April 30.
