Soilbuild Construction Group'sgroup CEO Ganessaraj Soocelaraj has resigned to pursue his personal interests.

Following this, the company’s executive director Lim Han Ren will also assume the role of group CEO.

He will be supported by the company’s CEO of construction business Ong Eng Hwa and technical director of precast and prefabrication Zhang Li Ping, who will be redesignated as general manager of precast and prefabrication from June 1.

Shares in Soilbuild closed flat on May 25 at 3.7 cents.
