PSC Corp was the company's original name. It was renamed Hanwell Holdings and the name was changed back to PSC Corp. Its business includes manufacturing and distribution of consumer staples. Its product portfolio includes the Fortune brand of tofus and the Beautex brand of tissue papers.
Between July 2017 and Dec 2019, Chu was the group CEO at BreadTalk Group, the famed F&B chain founded by George Quek, who holds the title executive chairman. Not long after Chu left for "personal and health reasons", Breadtalk was privatised by Quek.
PSC Corp closed Sept 23 at 35 cents, down 2.78% for the day and 14.63% year to date.
