Geo Energy Resources has completed the acquisition of 51% of shares in both Trans Maritim Pratama (TMP) and Bahari Segara Maritim.
The 275,196,480 consideration shares as such have been issued to Geo Energy on Jan 8, bringing the company’s total number of shares up to 1,708,198,126 shares excluding treasury shares.
The consideration shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the mainboard of the SGX-ST with effect from Jan 9.
Shares in Geo Energy closed flat at 41 cents on Jan 8.
