OCBC CEO Helen Wong, having led the bank to another record year of earnings, received a slight pay hike for FY2024 ended Dec 31, 2024 with a total package of $12.8 million, versus $12.1 million she had received for FY2023.

Her FY2024 package consists of basic pay of $1.2 million with the remaining made up of bonuses, benefits and share-based compensation.

OCBC's FY2024 earnings of $7.6 billion, a new record, compares with $7.1 billion chalked up for FY2023.

In the past 12 months, OCBC shares, like the other two banks, are up by a quarter to close at $17.19 on March 25.
