From November, Scoot will fly to Hokkaido daily from Singapore and Tokyo. The airline will also fly to Osaka four times a week from September and daily from November.
The flight services will be operated on Scoot’s Boeing 787 Dreamliners.
In addition, Scoot will be increasing the frequencies of its flights across 11 destinations in its network.
From November, Scoot will operate 28-times weekly flights to Bangkok, 21-times weekly flights to Jakarta, 16-times weekly flights to Phuket, 17-times weekly flights to Ipoh, 18-times weekly flights to Penang, 21-times weekly flights to Ho Chi Min City and three-times weekly flights to Miri.

The news comes after SIA reported that it had carried over two million passengers in July, the first time the airline had reached such levels since the Covid-19 pandemic.
As at 10.33am, shares in SIA are trading 2 cents higher or 0.37% up at $5.41.
