CGK3 is among the first liquid-cooled campuses in Jakarta, designed to support the most advanced and power-intensive AI workloads being adopted by enterprises and hyperscalers. The campus sits in the city's emerging central business district.
"This financing represents a strong vote of confidence in BDx's vision and our role in enabling the next generation of digital and AI-driven growth in Asia. By investing in AI-optimised liquid-cooling infrastructure, high-voltage power platforms, and scalable campuses, we are developing the next generation of infrastructure for 'AI Factories' with ultra-high-density GPU workloads," says Mayank Srivastava, BDx's chief executive officer.
Beyond CGK3, proceeds from the loan will fund high-voltage grid upgrades at BDx's Jatiluhur and Suryacipta campuses, known internally as CGK4 and CGK5, with a target grid capacity of 1.2 GVA. The two campuses are being developed to serve increasing demand from US and regional hyperscaler and AI customers.
Indonesia represents one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic digital growth markets, with AI and cloud adoption accelerating across the region. BDx said its investments are focused on energy-efficient facilities designed for long-term resilience and sustainable growth.
