DHL Supply Chain has rolled out an autonomous vehicle (AV) designed specifically for supply-chain operations in Singapore.
The fully electric AV is now operating at the company’s Asia Pacific Advanced Regional Centre, where it supports Infineon Technologies’ operations.
Developed with Zelostech, the AV automates in-plant transport of goods between storage zones and integrates seamlessly with DHL’s warehouse management systems. It features advanced navigation, real-time monitoring and safety protocols.
The move is part of DHL’s multi-phase plan to embed autonomous logistics in Singapore. A second stage (which is subject to regulatory approval) aims to extend AV deployments to selected public roads and more customer sites.
“By embedding autonomous technology into our operations, we’re not only enhancing efficiency and safety but also paving the way for the next chapter of supply chain automation in Singapore and beyond,” says Eunis Hew, Managing Director, DHL Supply Chain Singapore.
Aaron Arjuna Parameswaran, director of Logistics Distribution Center (Asia) at Infineon Technologies, adds: “This AV solution boasts advanced autonomous navigation, real-time monitoring and seamless integration into existing logistics ecosystems. It supports our broader goals of digital transformation and sustainability, enabling us to reduce carbon emissions and energy consumption across our value chain.”

The electric AV is expected to cut down carbon emissions by more than 80% a year compared with the diesel truck previously used for the same tasks, eliminating tailpipe emissions entirely. Smarter routing and energy-efficient operations translate to savings equivalent to 120 trees annually.
Zelostech emerged as the winner of DHL Group’s Fast Forward Challenge Middle East and Africa (MEA) 2025, a competition run by the company’s MEA Innovation Center to surface technologies addressing sustainability and operational constraints. After its win, DHL’s innovation teams in Dubai and Singapore worked with the start-up to identify high-value use cases, culminating in a proof-of-concept trial in Singapore and the system’s commercial deployment at ARC.
“We’re proud to collaborate with DHL Supply Chain and Infineon to bring this vision to life in Singapore. Through our autonomous mobility platform, we aim to enable logistics partners to scale automation intelligently while empowering operations to become more efficient, adaptable, and future-ready,” says Sean Zhang, co-founder and chief operating officer of Zelostech.
