Set within nine acres of pristine wilderness, the villa comes with its own dedicated spa with steam room, sauna, private fitness studio dining court, covered lounge and 36-metre pool, according to an April 13 announcement by Aman Group.
Designed by Marwan Al-Sayed of Masastudio, one of Amangiri’s original architects, the villa offers unobstructed views of the wind-carved ochre cliff faces of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, allowing for a deep connection with the ancient environment to take root.

The primary suite enjoys its own private courtyard and heated pool, while a dedicated spa with steam room, sauna and fitness studio overlooks dramatic sandstone cliffs. Inspired by Utah’s slot canyons, oculus skylights bring the desert sky indoors.
Residents and guests benefit from exclusive services, including a personal chef, spa treatments, movement practices and a villa host. The resort’s 2,300 sqm Aman Spa, curated desert adventures and dining venues remain within “effortless reach” via a dedicated electric golf buggy.

The interiors feature blonde walnut, stained cypress and sand-toned concrete, mirroring the resort’s material palette and “encapsulating Amangiri’s balance between built and natural environments”.
The private residence at Amangiri comes less than two months after Swiss-headquartered ultra-luxury hospitality company Aman Group unveiled Janu Dubai — the brand’s first residential offering in the Middle East.
