Abu Dhabi-owned British property developer London Square has launched Wimbledon Bridge House, a 123-unit residential project in the heart of Wimbledon, one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods.
The development will comprise a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, alongside penthouses. It will also feature three floors of amenity and commercial space, with the project located close to “world-class” schools and expansive green spaces.
Located a two-minute walk from Wimbledon station, Wimbledon Bridge House offers connectivity via the District Line, Tram and National Rail services, providing access to key destinations such as Putney, Parsons Green and Sloane Square, as well as Clapham Junction and Waterloo.
London Square says the project will benefit from Wimbledon’s established high street, which presents a “rare opportunity for buyers to secure a home in a thriving town centre”.
The redevelopment of an existing building by award-winning architects Fourfoursixsix introduces a “timeless exterior that harmonises perfectly with the clean-lined architecture of Wimbledon’s town centre”, says London Square.
Interiors are designed by leading design studio Johnson Naylor, with each unit “crafted to balance elegance, comfort and individuality”. According to London Square, homes are offered in two design palettes: Bosca, characterised by “rich forest tones and dark wood accents”; and Folio, which features a lighter hue with “a blend of creams, sage and soft wood”.
Residents will also benefit from Wimbledon’s wider lifestyle offerings. Wimbledon Village, voted as one of London’s “best high streets”, is just a 12-minute walk away. It is known for its mix of boutique shops, artisan delis and independent bars and pubs.

The area is also home to Wimbledon Common, which “offers woodland trails, horse-riding routes, golfing” — providing a “tranquil escape from city life”, says London Square.
Another draw for the development is its educational provision; top-ranked institutions like King’s College School and 26 universities are accessible within a 45-minute journey.
Sean Gavin, managing director, south, at London Square, says: “Wimbledon Bridge House represents everything we stand for at London Square, design-led homes in desirable locations with everything you need on your doorstep.”
Gavin adds: “By reinventing an iconic building with exceptional design, generous amenities, and meticulous craftsmanship, we’re setting a new standard for living in central Wimbledon. With unbeatable transport links, green spaces on the doorstep, and a thriving high street and community, this is a standout opportunity to own a home that delivers on every level; comfort, connection and lasting value.”
Prices for units at Wimbledon Bridge House start from GBP487,500 ($839,816), with completion expected by the end of 2028.
