E-applications for the 748-unit EC were open from Dec 6, 2025, to Dec 21, 2025. The sales launch is scheduled for Jan 17.
“We expect demand to be well distributed across three-, four- and five-bedroom units, reflecting different family sizes and life stages,” says Ouyang to City & Country. “This aligns with the family-oriented positioning of Coastal Cabana, as well as buyer priorities around space, functionality and flexibility for evolving household needs.”
The development comprises 16 residential blocks of 11 and 12 storeys, offering a mix of three- to five-bedroom units ranging from 872 sq ft to 1,421 sq ft. According to an announcement from November 2025, prices start from $1.438 million ($1,649 psf) for a 872 sq ft three-bedder.
The first new EC launch along Jalan Loyang Besar in more than 12 years, Coastal Cabana is one of only two ECs launching in 2026. As Qingjian Realty’s 10th EC project, the development reflects insights gathered from years of designing homes for Singaporean households across different life stages, says Ouyang.
“Layouts are designed to be efficient and practical, with minimal wasted space, while prioritising features such as north-south orientation, naturally ventilated kitchens and bathrooms, and well-proportioned living and dining areas,” he adds.
The clubhouse, named The Coastal Club, was conceived as an extension of the idea that home should feel like a holiday retreat, says Wang Xin, director, Forsea Holdings.
Spread across two storeys and modelled after popular resort chain Club Med, the clubhouse is designed as a central social hub that caters to all generations, adds Wang. “The experience feels less like using shared facilities and more like enjoying a staycation at a resort.”
Coastal Cabana is expected to achieve vacant possession by March 31, 2029.
