Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR), a Hong Leong Group subsidiary of City Developments (CDL), has appointed Cinn Tan as chief commercial officer.
According to a March 31 announcement, Tan joined MHR in January. Prior to that, Tan was chief commercial and marketing office at Pan Pacific Hotels Group. She previously held senior leadership roles at Jin Jiang International and The Ascott.
As chief commercial officer, Tan leads MHR’s global commercial strategy, overseeing branding, marketing, loyalty, sales, distribution, revenue management and digital platforms. She will also play a key role in advancing the group’s global brand positioning and evolution, strengthening customer engagement strategies and developing commercial talent, while driving enhanced performance across its international portfolio.
Commenting on the appointment, MHR executive director Kwek Eik Sheng says: “Cinn is a proven global commercial leader with a strong track record of advancing commercial capabilities and delivering sustainable growth.”
Kwek adds: “As Millennium Hotels and Resorts continues its brand evolution and strengthens its global position, she will lead our commercial strategy across key markets to enhance brand alignment, improve performance and drive strategic long-term value for the group.”
MHR is a global hospitality group with properties spanning four continents and 80 destinations. MHR owns, manages and operates over 145 properties worldwide including in New York, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Auckland, Beijing and Singapore.
