Hong Kong-headquartered rental accommodation operator Weave Living will open Weave Suites – Novena on April 15, marking its fourth property in Singapore and the third under the Weave Suites brand.
Located at 12 Shan Road, the newly revamped property brings the company’s total Singapore portfolio to nearly 400 units, valued at US$600 million ($772.06 million).
Weave Suites – Novena presents 99 suites (78 units with 21 dual key configurations), ranging from open-plan studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Nestled in the heart of Novena, residents can enjoy a mix of lifestyle and wellness amenities designed for comfort and connection, including a welcoming arrival lounge, a breakfast nook, an outdoor lounge and a sheltered children's playground.

A 24-hour gym and swimming pool allow residents to maintain their fitness routines, while a rooftop BBQ grill overlooking surrounding greenery provides a perfect spot for social gatherings.
At Weave Suites – Novena, a team of Community Ambassadors and a 24-hour front desk support residents’ daily needs and are on hand for local recommendations. The property also introduces a differentiated housekeeping model designed to suit differing stay durations. Partnerships with selected third-party providers offer breakfast options, bike rentals and airport transfer services for added convenience and comfort, at an additional fee.

The freehold property was acquired in 2Q2025 for over $100 million through a joint venture with a fund managed by global asset management firm BlackRock, alongside Singapore’s Lian Beng Group.
This marks Weave Living’s second collaboration with BlackRock in Singapore, following the successful delivery of Weave Suites – Hillside in March 2025.
With the opening of Weave Suites – Novena, Weave Living’s Singapore portfolio now comprises four properties: Weave Suites – Midtown, Weave Suites – Hillside, Weave Suites – Novena and Weave Residences – East Coast.
