Sanli Environmental has reported earnings of $6.4 million for 1HFY2026 ended Sept 30, up 32.1% y-o-y.
Revenue for the period however came in 3.3% y-o-y lower at $72.1 million.
The group says that the decline in revenue is due to the project completion of Pulau Tekong and the Johor River Waterworks project at Kota Tinggi, resulting in lower revenue recognition compared to the previous period when construction activities were higher.
For the period, gross profit increased 16.7% y-o-y to $9.3 million driven by higher margins from its Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.
The group also saw increased administrative costs in 1HFY2026 that was mainly due to the one-time special bonus to employees.
Net profit grew of 84.1%, due to the Group’s other income increasing by $1.5 million which was
mainly due to the gain on disposal of the property at 28 Kian Teck Drive of S$2.3 million.

Sanli’s total assets as at Sept 30 comprised current assets of $102.7 million and non-current assets of $37.9 million. Cash and cash balances stood at $5.2 million.
The group’s total liabilities as at Sept 30 comprised current liabilities of $73.9 million and non-current liabilities of $13.3 million.
Sanli’s record order book of $781.5 million comprises ongoing EPC water and wastewater treatment infrastructure projects, majority of which are completed over the next five years.
Shares in Sanli closed flat at 31.5 cents on Nov 14.
