AEM Holdings AWX has announced that its substantial shareholder, JP Morgan Chase has acquired 115,600 shares back on April 20.

In the SGX filing dated April 26, the shares were purchased for a total consideration of $562,142.10, which excludes brokerage and stamp duties. This translates to an average price of $4.86.

With this latest transaction, this brings JP Morgan Chase’s stake in AEM Holdings from the previous 6.98% to 7.02%.

JP Morgan Chase previously purchased shares in AEM Holdings back on April 10, where it bought 1,070,900 shares for a total consideration of $5,072,620.53, which the average price works out to be about $4.74.

Shares in AEM Holdings closed 99 cents higher or 19.53% up at $6.06 on April 24. On a year-to-date basis, AEM Holdings’ share price witnessed a gain of 252.33%.
