Nicholas Chua, the executive director and CEO of Ho Bee Land , has bought 45,000 shares at $1.78 apiece via the market.

The transaction, which took place on April 17, brought Chua’s total stake to 0.5%.

On April 15, Chua bought 113,000 shares at $1.77 apiece, also via the market.

Chua’s mother, Ng Noi Hinoy, also acquired 16,800 shares from the market for $1.78 on April 4.

For the FY2024 ended Dec 31, 2024, Ho Bee Land reported earnings of $109.6 million, reversing from its loss of $259.8 million in FY2023. The higher bottomline was attributed to higher revenue and divestment gains during the year.

Shares in Ho Bee Land closed 1 cent higher or 0.56% up at $1.79 on April 17.
