With the latest transaction, the Montreal-based fund manager sees its deemed interest in Raffles Medical Group fall from 110,549,122 shares to 110,218,022, or from 6.01% to 5.99%.
During its FY2024 results, Raffles Medical Group announced its intention to buy back up to 100 million shares in the FY2025. However, the group has since only bought back about 20 million shares thus far.
The group will be announcing its FY2025 results on Feb 23 before the market opens.
Shares in Raffles Medical Group closed 0.5 cents higher at $1.00 on Feb 9.
