SINGAPORE (Sept 5): Ziwo Holdings, the manufacturer of foamed materials, says newly-incorporated Malaysian subsidiary, BM Mobility, has signed a dealership agreement to market and sell electric motor scooters made by Hong Kong-listed Yadea Group Holdings.

This agreement comes a month after the group incorporated BM Mobility to import, export and distribute electric vehicles, charging equipment for such vehicles, and related accessories through its 65%-owned subsidiary, Estar Investments.

Under the agreement with Yadea’s sole agent to assemble and distribute its motorcycles in Malaysia, GYH E-Vehicle, BM Mobility will focus on selling the scooters to commercial users in West Malaysia, such as food delivery companies and third-party logistics service providers.
