XMH Holdings in JV to break into Myanmar market

SINGAPORE (Feb 7): XMH Holdings, the diesel engine, propulsion and power generating solutions provider, is seeking to expand its footprint into Myanmar.

On Monday, wholly-owned subsidiary XMH Engineering entered into an MOU with Myanmar MarcoPolo Co. (MMP) to incorporate the JV company.

XMH Engineering and MMP will hold 70% and 30% of the equity interest in the JV respectively.
