Tung Lok signs tenancy agreement with Orchard Central for restaurant operations

SINGAPORE (April 18): Tung Lok, the homegrown restaurant group that owns and manages over 35 restaurants in Asia, has signed tenancy agreements with Orchard Central.

Under the agreements signed between 60% subsidiary Tung Lok Xihe and Orchard Central, the shopping mall will lease units #07-07/08/09 and #07-14/15 to Xihe for three years.

The premises occupies an estimated floor area of 8,547 square feet and will be used to operate the restaurants
