Top Global to acquire Holland Village property for $13 mil

SINGAPORE (Aug 28): Top Global’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Holland V Investment Holdings, on Tuesday exercised an option to purchase a property off Holland Road for $13 million.

Located at 26A and 26C Lorong Mambong, the freehold property has a total area of approximately 2,860 sq ft.

Top Global says the acquisition represents a rare opportunity for the group to own a prime commercial asset in the heart of Holland Village.
