Soilbuild Construction wins $14.5 mil contract for Yangon hotel

SINGAPORE (June 5): Soilbuild Construction Group announced Monday that its wholly-owned subsidiary in Myanmar has secured a US$10.5 million ($14.5 million) contract for a hotel building in Yangon.

Soilbuild Construction (Myanmar) Company Limited will construct and complete the 12-storey hotel building, located at the corner of Sayar San Road and Pyi Htaung Su Yeik Tha Street in the Bahan Township.

The project is expected to commence from the third quarter of 2017, and be completed within 18 months.
