SINGAPORE (Feb 13): Singapore's exports were expected to have risen in January, likely supported by higher sales to major trading partner China, a Reuters poll found on Tuesday.

The Lunar New Year, which fell in January last year and shut factories, also meant that last month's export numbers benefited from extra working days.

Non-oil domestic exports in January were expected to have risen 9.0% from a year earlier, after 3.1% growth in December, the median forecast in the survey of 11 economists
showed.
