SINGAPORE (Aug 14): Singapore ranks as the 37th most liveable city in the world, according to findings from The Economist Intelligence Unit’s Global Liveability Ranking for 2018.

The city state registered an improvement in the public healthcare category, boasting the highest score possible.

However, Singapore ranks just two spots behind Hong Kong, which came in at 35th place, after its rank fell significantly in 2015 due to heightened fear of unrest as part of the “Umbrella Revolution”.
