SINGAPORE (April 23): Singapore's headline consumer price index (CPI) rose 0.2% in March from a year earlier, lower than expected, data showed on Monday.

Singapore's all-items CPI rose 0.2%, down from 0.5% growth in February.

The median forecast in a Reuters poll was for a 0.5% rise.
