SINGAPORE (May 20): Here are some stocks that could move the market this Friday morning.

Singapore Exchange has introduced a bond seasoning framework to expand the range of bonds available to retail investors. Under the framework, retail investors can buy wholesale bonds, initially offered to institutions and accredited investors, in denominations of at least $1,000, after the bonds have been listed on the SGX for six months. SGX closed 1.59% lower at $7.42 on Thursday. SGX shares closed at $7.42 on Thursday.

Nera Telecommunications plans to sell its payment solutions business to seamless payment provider Ingenico Group S.A. for $88 million. The deal will result in the sale of the company’s entire payment solutions business across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam. Nera expects to record a disposal gain of $71.5 million. It intends to return a significant portion of the net proceeds from the sale to its shareholders.
