SINGAPORE (Nov 20): Yanlord Land says all the apartment units in Phase 3 of Oasis New Island Gardens in Nanjing launched, has been sold.

As buyers are required by the developer to make an 80% downpayment of total value on the date of purchase, the total contracted pre-sales derived from the launch amounted to RMB2.59 billion ($530 million).

Yanlord says it sold all of the 636 apartment units launched during the first day of sales at an average price of RMB36,000 psm for units with a gross floor area (GFA) of 72,000 sqm.
