SINGAPORE (Mar 29): What if businesses could have a software predict their customer’s behaviour and take action based on pre-defined instructions? Such is the promise of artificial intelligence (AI).

This technology is not yet within the reach of most companies, as it is an expensive and lengthy process to set up the AI software. That’s why most companies shy away from using data to optimise their businesses.

But AI-as-a-service start-up Tuple Technologies hopes to change that.
