Glow Festival by Prudential returns from July 5 to 13 at Marina Bay Sands Event Plaza. Now in its fourth edition, the festival adopts the theme “Dynamic Vibes”, embracing a holistic, culturally grounded approach to health that celebrates movement, presence and emotional connection.

Beyond fitness, Glow 2025 is also positioning itself as a space where mental health, emotional wellbeing and community support take centre stage.

By expanding its programming to include topics such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, fertility, menopause and nervous system health, the festival reflects a growing recognition that true wellness must be whole-person, inclusive and culturally relevant.

“We are committed to empowering individuals to proactively take care of their health,” says Belinda Tan, Prudential Singapore’s head of marketing and events. “As the presenting sponsor of Glow Festival, we are delighted to bring in experts covering a wide range of health and wellness topics, inviting festival-goers to discover the essence of living well.”

This year marks the launch of Prudential Singapore’s Every Body Club, a nationwide wellness initiative anchored by the festival. Designed to support Singaporeans at every stage of life, the club encourages individuals to proactively care for their physical, mental and financial wellbeing.

Tan notes that with Every Body Club, Prudential is seeking to “build a strong foundation of holistic wellbeing and be trusted partners for our customers in the long term”.

For festival founder Martin Capstick, Glow 2025 is about connection. “This year is about meeting people where they are and helping them connect with what matters most: movement, presence and meaning,” he says. “We have expanded the festival to reflect the full spectrum of wellbeing. Whether you’re here for strength training, healing workshops, or deeper dialogue around mental and emotional health, you’ll find space to grow.”

Visitors to this year’s festival can expect a multisensory experience shaped by community-led energy. International yoga master Dylan Werner will lead immersive breathwork and movement classes, while sprinter Olivia May and digital fitness personality Dannibelle Robertson will host performance-focused training sessions.

Malaysian entrepreneur Jane Chuck will join Germaine Chow, founder of I Quadrant, for a conversation on identity, ambition and caregiving, sparking reflections on modern womanhood and reinvention.

Centring on mental health, workshops on emotional regulation and psychological safety will address a national challenge that costs Singapore an estimated $16 billion annually in lost productivity. A range of specialist-led health talks presented by Prudential Singapore and Thomson Medical, meanwhile, will open up discussions on topics ranging from digital eye strain and children’s confidence to intimacy, hormonal health and sports injury recovery.

Another standout at Glow 2025 is the newly introduced SG60 Ultra Marathon, Singapore’s first 60km overnight run, created in collaboration with Noble to commemorate the city-state’s 60th birthday, as well as to raise awareness and action to tackle the issue of suicide. Part of the proceeds from the run will go to Samaritans of Singapore, and Noble ambassador Jordan Hamada will lead the run in memory of his father, who died by suicide.

The nine-day event’s spatial design, crafted by Pique Studio, transforms the venue into a dynamic journey across energy states. The Studio bursts with high-octane colours and movement classes; The Wellness Club introduces earth-toned textures and calming environments for rest and reflection; and The Workshop Room invites stillness and introspection through guided talks and meditations.

The environment is designed to mirror the evolving needs of the body and mind, inviting attendees into an experience of self-discovery and collective growth.

Tickets to Glow Festival by Prudential 2025 are now available, with early-bird general admission priced at $29.
