Burberry together with Mythical Games has launched a non-fungible token (NFT) collection in their flagship title, Blankos Block Party. This is a ground-breaking, multiplayer game featuring digital vinyl toys known as Blankos all dressed in Burberry’s new TB Summer Monogram that is inspired by the brand’s Animal Kingdom house code, the limited-edition, limited-quantity Burberry Blanko — a shark named Sharky B — is an NFT that can be purchased, upgraded, and sold within the Blankos Block Party marketplace. How does one keep handbags in one place? Loewe has designed a special gift box that holds five of its iconic handbags; Puzzle, Hammock, Gate, Flamenco and Balloon. The box in traditional kiribako is a tribute to Japanese artisanship and is hand-crafted from Paulownia wood in Japan. Kiribako boxes are commonly used for gifting and storing valuable items. The Loewe anagram is laser-engraved on the lid of the box, a technique that enhances the wood grain in a darker hue. Inside, the compartments for each of the products are lined in corresponding coloured calfskin. Their names are also embossed in gold at the rear of the compartments.
