SINGAPORE (Dec 17): With Christmas just around the corner, you are probably about done with your shopping. In case you still find it difficult to get presents for your father, husband, brother and bestie, we have a few great ideas… or rather, Berluti does. May we suggest the following?

Carbon light

Carrera watches by Tag Heuer have been given a new look. The brand has introduced three models made of carbon. The lightweight material is used for the TAG Heuer Carrera Carbon Tourbillon Phantom as well as the two new chronographs — the TAG Heuer Carrera Carbon in rose gold or blue rhodium. The chronographs house the Calibre Heuer 02, which has a power reserve of 80 hours. On the design side, the model we love is the one that features a black dial; it serves as the perfect backdrop for the rose-goldplated indexes and hands, as well as the 18K rose-gold lugs.

Bright future

Seed Heritage’s trendy clothes for children are a hit. The ones for girls come in bright sorbet, pink fizz and ripe pineapple yellow with cute graphics such as ice-creams, while the ones for boys come in grapefruit, bright cobalt and parrot green.

Ultra-matte reinvented

Lancôme has created a new spin on the L’Absolu Rouge range with an ultramatte version: the L’Absolu Rouge Drama Matte. It is more matte, more intense and more radiant than normal matte reds, and has a luxuriously rich texture that makes it easy to apply. The naked truth
The Admiral 45 Squelette timepiece by Corum is usually all dressed up. This season, however, the watch is stripped bare so that the mechanics are revealed for all to admire the intricate inner workings. The openwork bridges are coated with an anthracite-grey surface that provides two contrasts: The first is with the movement’s nickel silver geartrains, whose copper colour stands out from the other components. The second is with the dominant colours of the Admiral 45 Squelette’s different models: turquoise blue, yellow and red. The colours allow you to customise your own pieces.
