Old Chang Kee says unaffected by CAD investigation of independent director Zainudin Nordin

SINGAPORE (April 24): Curry puff maker Old Chang Kee says the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) investigation of independent director Zainudin Nordin is not related to and does not affect the business in any way.

According to a filing to SGX on Monday, Old Chang Kee revealed that the former Member of Parliament and ex-president of the Football Association of Singapore (FAS) is being interviewed by the police.

This is in connection with the ongoing police probe into the alleged misuse of club funds of Tiong Bahru Football Club.
