Oceanus to change presentation currency to SGD, to cease quarterly reporting of financial statements

Oceanus will also be no longer required to announce its financial statements on a quarterly basis, under the amendments made by SGX on Feb 7, 2020.

The company will next announce its financial statements for the half-year ending June 30.

Shares in Oceanus closed 0.1 cent higher or 2.9% up at 3.6 cents on Jan 14.
