Keppel DC REIT group obtains loan facility of EUR50 mil

Keppel DC REIT group has obtained a loan facility of EUR50 million ($72.83 million) on March 18, according to a bourse filing. 

As at the date of announcement, the group’s aggregate level of utilised and unutilised facilities is about $2,348.3 million.

Units in Keppel DC REIT closed 2 cents lower or 0.913% down at $2.17 on March 18.
