Manulife US REIT's manager has announced some changes. The CEO William “Tripp” Gantt, deputy CEO Caroline Fong and CFO Robert Wong of the REIT manager will be stepping down on June 30.

Fong and Wong will be pursuing other opportunities while Gantt has pressing family needs that require his full time and attention.

John Casasante has been appointed CEO and CIO of the manager. Casasante is from DWS, formerly RREEF.

Mushtaque Ali has been appointed CFO of the manager. Ali is from sponsor Manulife.

The MUST announcement comes hot on the heels of Prime US REIT 's announcement that the CEO of the manager has resigned to seek other opportunities and his replacement is a shareholder of Prime US REIT's sponsor and manager.

Units in MUST closed at 5.7 cents on March 18.
