LHN has won a tender for 159 Jalan Loyang Besar to be converted into the first resort chalet to be run under its co-living brand Coliwoo.
The property, covering a land area of 380,866 sq ft, consists of 20 two-storey buildings and four single-storey structures with a gross floor area of 106,949 sq ft.
Following a ten-month renovation, it will be made into an "eco lifestyle hub" with 350 keys and will start operations in 3QFY2026 of its financial year ending Sept 2026.
"We believe this project will set a new benchmark for co-living in Singapore," says Kelvin Lim, LHN's executive chairman.
