ACE Team Foundation, founded by Grab CEO Anthony Tan and Chloe Tong, has launched its anti-bullying campaign for children and youth.
Named #STOPbullying, the campaign seeks to frame bullying not just as a school-only issue, but as a shared societal responsibility.
The campaign will be fronted by an inaugural series of short-form videos featuring public figures, politicians and celebrities including Ray Dalio, Andy Lau, Paul Rudd, Jasmin Lau and Joseph Schooling to encourage collective action and practical support against bullying.
The campaign also marks an early public-facing expression of a broader effort led by the ACE Team Foundation with SHINE Children and Youth Services as the coordinating partner.
This campaign attests to the power of coming together,” says Tong, co-founder of ACE Team Foundation. “When we first raised the idea, we did not expect such strong support. Today we are grateful that so many leaders and changemakers recognise the urgency of this issue and chose to stand with us.”
“In a world that can feel increasingly uncertain, the fundamentals - kindness, respect and care for others - matter more than ever,” she adds. “It is on all of us to protect our children and our next generation, and to create communities where kindness, respect and inclusion are the norm, not the exception.”

Alongside the campaign, ACE Team Foundation has assembled partners around a youth empowerment ecosystem that’s focused on boosting support around children and youth in Singapore.
Spearheaded by the foundation, the collective — with its founding partners, ACE, SHINE, Community Foundation of Singapore (CFS), Singapore Children’s Society and We are Solstice — will move beyond siloed programmes to build a support network.
ACE will serve as the lead and funder while SHINE and Children’s Society will serve as programme partners supporting on-the-ground delivery. CFS serves as independent advisor.
The campaign will move towards taking action in the second quarter of the year, including the scaling of SHINE’s Attached Youth Worker programme and supporting Singapore Children’s Society’s revamped Bully-Free programme.
