FSL Trust has disposed of its vessel Clyde Fisher to an unaffiliated third party for US$7 million ($9.37 million). The vessel was twenty years old.
The net book value and the net tangible asset value of the vessel upon disposal was about US$5.75 million.
The trust has realised a net gain of about US$0.6 million, and net sales of about US$6.40 million which it says are intended to be used for general corporate purposes of the trust.
As at Dec 31, 2024, the group’s net asset value was about US$42.7 million.
Units in FSL Trust closed flat at 4.4 cents on Feb 20.
