Kemmy Tan Peck Mun has been appointed the new CEO of Starhill Global REIT.
She takes over from Ho Sing, who announced his resignation in February, to take effect in August.
With Tan's appointment, Ho will step down on June 30 instead of August, after 16 years at the REIT.
Tan was previously executive director with 1925 Pte Ltd and before that, she was CEO of M+S, the joint venture between Malaysia's Khazanah Nasional and Singapore's Temasek.
This entity was set up to develop land parcels that were included in the bilateral land swap deal of 2010.
Starhill Global REIT, whose chairman is Malaysian tycoon Francis Yeoh, owns a portfolio valued at $2.76 billion as of June 2025. Its key assets are interests in Wisma Atria and Ngee Ann City.

Starhill Global REIT units closed at 54 cents on June 8, down 9.32% year to date.
