Tan held the position of CFO for nearly 15 years, after being appointed to the position on March 13, 2006.
In his new role, Tan will report to Wong Weng Sun, the president and CEO of SembMarine.
Tan’s current duties will be assumed by Goh in the meantime.
As at 1.36pm, shares in SembMarine are trading flat at 16.9 cents.
