Lam previously held roles as an executive director at UBS Singapore’s corporate advisory group, as well as director at Straits Advisors Group.
His most recent role was founder of management consultancy firm, Tubo Capital.
The group says, in an SGX filing, that Lam will “devote his time” to its business and operations upon his appointment.
Shares in Lifebrandz last traded at 1 cent before the group called for a trading halt before market open on March 11.
