At the same time, the group promoted Kang Shwu Huey to group chief financial officer (CFO) and head of overseas combination from just her role as group CFO.
As group CFO, Kang oversees the corporate finance and treasury, accounting shared services, reporting, as well as the other financial aspects of the business. As head of overseas development, Kang supports the group CEO in the group’s overseas developments including Malaysia and China.
Shares in Econ Healthcare closed flat at 18 cents on Dec 30.
