CICT appoints CLI's managing director and head of group strategic investment as non-executive, non-independent director

CLI is a substantial unitholder of CICT.

As at July 25, Gui has a direct interest of 51,964 units in the REIT.

Gui replaces outgoing non-executive, non-independent director and member of CICT’s executive committee, Lim Cho Pin Andrew Geoffrey.

Lim was appointed to the role on Jan 1, 2021. At present, he has a direct interest in 120,896 units in CICT.

Units in CICT closed 1 cent higher or 0.48% up at $2.10 on July 25.
