William Liem, CEO of real estate firm Tuan Sing Holdings , has bought 1,000,000 shares for $270,000, or 27 cents apiece. 

The shares were bought via an entity called Nuri Holdings (S) Pte Ltd on Dec 11. 

Following the transaction, Nuri Holdings' stake in Tuan Sing came up at 54.28% from 54.2% previously. 

On Dec 9, Nuri Holdings bought 672,000 shares for $$178,080, or 26.5 cents per share. 

As at June 30, the company's net asset value was 97.8 cents per share, down from 99 cents as at Dec 31 2023.

Shares in Tuan Sing closed flat at 27 cents on Dec 12.
