Stamford Land’s executive chairman buys 32,000 shares for $11,840

Following the transaction, Ow has a total of 683,075,562 shares, or 46.041% of the total number of ordinary shares held. 

On Nov 14, Ow purchased 99.700 shares for $36,889, or 37 cents apiece. 

Additionally, Ow is also deemed to have an interest of 13,785,100 shares held by his spouse, Lim Siew Feng. 

Shares in Stamford Land Corporation closed 0.5 cents higher, or up 1.37%, at 37 cents on Nov 18.
