LOTTERIA, which was established in 1979, is a Korean fast food chain known for its Korean style burgers. It currently operates more than 1,600 stores across seven countries.
Currently, both groups have since signed a non-binding term sheet and are in the midst of finalising the definitive terms of the franchise.
The group adds that the collaboration represents a milestone for Katrina Group as it “continues to expand its portfolio and enhance its offerings”.

The first LOTTERIA store is expected to open by the second quarter of 2025.
Shares in Katrina Group closed flat at 2.2 cents on Oct 23.
