FJ Benjamin has signed a two-year renewal contract with La Senza Franchise LLC to operate the La Senza brand in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
The contract was signed through the Catalist-listed company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, F J Benjamin (M) Sdn. Bhd, said the company on Sept 3.
The renewal is for a term of two years from April 2025 till March 2027 with an option to extend for another three years, subject to mutual agreement.
“We are very happy to have renewed our business relationship with La Senza, a brand we have been managing for over twenty years and with a good following in our markets.We look forward to working closely with their management to further our mutual business,” says Douglas Benjamin, group CEO of FJ Benjamin.

Shares in FJ Benjamin closed 0.1 cents higher or 10% up at 1.1 cents on Sept 3.
