The trio were interviewed by CPIB on Sept 10 and other employees may be called to assist with investigations, the company said.
Singapore Kitchen Equipment provides various kinds of kitchen equipment, which, according to its annual report, includes names such as Kam’s Roast, Jack’s Place, Jumbo Seafood and Monga Chicken.
The company's key operating subsidiary is Q'Son Kitchen Equipment.
“The company, Q’son and the relevant persons are co-operating and providing full assistance to CPIB in respect of the Investigation, including the provision of documents and records,” the company said.
As at Sept 13, investigations are on-going and no charges have been filed.
“The Nominating Committee is of the view that the relevant persons remain competent, and it would be in the best interests of the group that they should continue, to discharge their responsibilities and duties in the operation of the group's businesses,” the company said.
On Aug 13, the company reported losses of nearly $1.1 million for the six months ended June 30, an improvement of 23.3% y-o-y. Revenue in the same period was $8.4 million, down 37.3% y-o-y.
