Reini Otter will step down as CEO of Frasers Property Industrial on Dec 17 to join ESR as CEO of Australia and New Zealand.
Otter will be responsible for driving the next phase of growth for ESR across the region. He will focus on strengthening customer and capital partner relationships, accelerating the delivery of ESR’s fund management and development platform in logistics real estate and data centres, ESR says in a press release.
Ian Barter, currently managing director, Australia, Frasers Property Industrial, will have leadership oversight for Australia and Europe from Aug 1 until a new CEO is appointed.
Barter and the Frasers Property Industrial leadership team will report to the Frasers Property Industrial executive committee (exco) and directly to the exco deputy chair Rod Fehring, who is also a co-opted member of the group’s board executive committee.
